Exchange and return
At Wielens Diervoeders it is possible to exchange or return your order, provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception. This can be done within 14 days of receiving your order. We would appreciate it if you also send an email to info(at)rwdh.nl if you want to exchange or return, so that we are already informed. You can return the product to: Wielens Diervoeders Industriestraat 76 7482 EX Haaksbergen Right of withdrawal / Cooling-off periodIf you are not (completely) satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception. Please return the product to us as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after cancellation. The shipping costs of a return shipment are borne by the customer (with the exception of packaging errors, see conditions below). These costs amount to approximately €13.00 per package, consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to: Wielens Diervoeders Industriestraat 76 7482 EX Haaksbergen To exercise this right, you can contact us via info(at)rwdh.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order and complete. Excluded products and exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that may spoil within the cooling-off period and that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. For all feeds, the products must be in the original, unopened packaging, must have the original label, the product has not been stored in the stable and has not come into contact with animals. Any transport packaging may have been opened/removed. If a product has been opened after it has been sent, the quality is no longer the same as before the product was opened. This means the depreciation is 100%. To prevent the spread of disease, packaged animal feeds that have come into contact with animals may not be returned! Return for companies The ‘Distance Selling’ law does not apply to business transactions. It is important to us that you are satisfied with the delivered products. We request that you report this to us within 4 days of delivery by email info(at)rwdh.nl. We reserve the right to verify your report based on the weight of the package and the internal control forms. We ensure that you receive the missing product within 1-3 working days. If applicable, we will also make an appointment with you to collect the incorrectly sent product.
