Your contribution to the shipping costs per delivery to Belgium and Germany (excluding the islands) will be calculated automatically in our webshop. 

The packages are delivered by DHL parcel service.

As a rule, your order will be delivered within 1 – 3 working days after it has been collected from us.
You will receive an email from DHL, allowing you to track your package live.
The DHL driver makes 2 delivery attempts as standard.
Receipt of the package must be signed for and permission to drop is not possible.

For Saturdaydelivery there is a surcharge of €2.95 per package.
Saturday delivery in Germany is not possible!

Why no free shipping?
This is very simple; the costs incurred for shipping must be paid somehow.
Most online stores pass on these costs as a kind of surcharge in the sales price of the products.
We could make our products a little more expensive and pretend that we don’t charge shipping costs, as usually happens with other online stores.

However, we think this is unfair because in this way customers who order multiple items are punished by actually being charged double shipping costs.
The web shops that do not charge shipping costs therefore earn money on the “no shipping costs” without you even realizing it!
We prefer to keep costs open and honest!
